This Privacy Policy explains how Anycast VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores and protects information through the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We aim to provide the service while following principles of necessity, transparency and security.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect data needed to keep the service running, including but not limited to your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system version, in-app access paths and session duration. To provide more accurate connection recommendations, we may process approximate location information. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendation: matching routes based on Anycast VPN's node distribution; 2. Performance improvement: analyzing anonymized aggregate connection quality by region; 3. Service communication: sending necessary service updates, security notices or account messages through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers (such as Google Play Services and Firebase) for crash analysis, statistics and feature improvement. Except in the following circumstances, we do not share personally identifiable information: 1. Legal process or regulatory requirement; 2. Necessity to protect users, property or investigate fraud; 3. Cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop collection, remove the App using your device standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. If you need to cancel your account early and delete your personal profile, please contact our privacy team via [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is discovered, we will delete it promptly. This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements or business changes. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
