Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Anycast VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing and using the mobile application (referred to as 'this App').
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify or misuse the App or related trademarks without authorization, and you may not reverse engineer source code, translate app text or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, plans or fees and provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may reduce security and affect app functionality.
This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components may also be governed by their respective terms.
Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible when the service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, weak signals or carrier restrictions. Mobile data or roaming charges may apply outside Wi-Fi or when traveling, and those charges are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service because of depleted battery, disabled permissions or local network failure is outside compensation coverage. We try to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by such data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service according to applicable rules; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if license keys or digital access are shared, resold or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy. Changes take effect after publication on our website.
